6. Vehicle Safety Standards

All vehicles operating in Novark must meet strict safety requirements to ensure roadworthiness.

• Annual Inspection:
  Vehicles must undergo yearly inspections covering brakes, tires, lights, emissions, and structural integrity.

• Mandatory Equipment:
  Vehicles must have functioning headlights, indicators, mirrors, seatbelts, and emergency tools such as a warning triangle.

• Modifications:
  Unauthorized modifications that reduce safety—such as excessive window tinting, altered suspension, or illegal lighting—are prohibited.

• Maintenance Responsibility:
  Owners are responsible for keeping their vehicles in safe condition at all times, not just during inspections.
