4. Worker Safety and Welfare

The NCA enforces strict protections for all construction workers.

• Safety Equipment:
  Workers must be provided with helmets, harnesses, gloves, and other protective gear appropriate to their tasks.

• Training Requirements:
  All workers must undergo safety training before entering a construction site. Specialized roles require additional certification.

• Site Conditions:
  Construction sites must maintain safe working conditions, including proper scaffolding, hazard markings, and emergency exits.

• Welfare Facilities:
  Employers must provide access to clean water, sanitation, rest areas, and medical support.
