5. Environmental and Sustainability Regulations

Construction in Novark must balance development with environmental protection.

• Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA):
  Large projects must evaluate potential effects on land, water, air quality, and ecosystems.

• Sustainable Practices:
  Use of energy-efficient designs, renewable materials, and waste reduction methods is strongly encouraged and often required.

• Pollution Control:
  Dust, noise, and waste must be managed to minimize impact on surrounding communities.

• Green Certification:
  Projects meeting high sustainability standards may receive official NCA certification.
