2. Building Permits and Approval Process

All construction projects must receive official approval before work begins.

• Submission Requirements:
  Developers must submit detailed architectural plans, engineering designs, environmental impact assessments, and safety plans.

• Review Process:
  The NCA evaluates submissions for structural integrity, zoning compliance, environmental impact, and public safety considerations.

• Approval Stages:
  Projects may require multiple approvals (planning, structural, environmental) before final authorization is granted.

• On-Site Display:
  Approved permits must be visibly displayed at the construction site at all times.
