1. Licensing and Registration of Contractors

To maintain high standards, all construction entities must be officially registered and licensed under the NCA.

• Eligibility Requirements:
  Contractors must demonstrate technical qualifications, financial stability, and a proven record of safe construction practices. Companies must employ certified engineers, architects, and site supervisors.

• License Categories:
  Licenses are issued based on project scale (residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure). Each category has its own requirements and limitations.

• Renewal and Compliance:
  Licenses must be renewed periodically, with performance reviews assessing safety records, project quality, and adherence to regulations.

• Penalties for Unauthorized Work:
  Operating without a valid license results in immediate project shutdowns, heavy fines, and possible legal action.
