3. Structural Safety Standards

Ensuring the physical safety of buildings is a primary responsibility of the NCA.

• Design Requirements:
  All structures must meet minimum load-bearing standards, seismic resistance (where applicable), and wind tolerance levels.

• Material Standards:
  Only certified construction materials may be used. Substandard or counterfeit materials are strictly prohibited.

• Inspection Protocols:
  Regular inspections occur at key construction stages, including foundation, framework, and final completion.

• Failure Accountability:
  Structural failures due to negligence result in severe penalties, including license revocation and legal liability.
